If you are lucky enough to have steady income, yes, I think it is. Property values are reasonable now.
If you don’t already own a home, the tax savings of home ownership make a big enough difference that I’d recommend buying. If you’re looking to upgrade I’d be more conservative, unless I had a really certain financial future.
