You can let us know your area of interest (i.e. city, county or north-south-east-west boundaries), type of property or all types (i.e. single family, duplex, multi-family, commercial, foreclosures etc). You will receive an email each Friday with the weeks updates, or you can receive the updates daily. Updates will include properties new to the market, solds, price chance, etc.

(a) Buyer Incentive
This is a $200 gift card* for Buyers that:
- we represent as a Buyer’s Agent
- their purchased property closes by May 1, 2010
- the purchase price of the property must be greater than $50,000
(all above items must be met to qualify)

(b) Seller Incentive
This is a $200 gift card* for Sellers that:
- list their property with The Two For You
- the listed property closes by May 1, 2010
- the selling price of the property must be greater than $50,000
- the total listing commission must be 4% of listing price or greater
(all above items must be met to qualify)

(c) Buyer and Seller Bonus Incentive
This is a $500 gift card* for clients that buy and list their property with The Two For You that:
- we represent as a Buyer’s Agent
- the purchase property closes by May 1, 2010
- list their property with The Two For You
- the listed property closes by May 1, 2010
- the selling price of the properties must be greater than $50,000 (each)
- the total listing commission must be 4% of list price or greater
(all above items must be met to qualify)

The incentive will be a bank gift card for the qualified value* (as per above).
The gift card will be presented to the qualifying client at closing by The Two For You.
* The qualifying client can qualify and receive only one of the incentives, either (a) or (b) or (c).
